How to submit a bank statement automatically for activating the derivative (F&O) segment on Tiqs?

Kindly follow the below steps to submit your bank statement Automatically.

Step 1: Login to the Tiqs apps.

Step 2: Once you login, click on ‘Account’

Step 3: Click on ‘My Account’

Step 4: Click on ‘Profile’

Step 5: Click on ‘My trading segment’ under ‘Profile’. You will be redirected to the segment activation page.

Step 6: Click on ‘Enable segment’ for the segment you want to activate.

Step 7: Select ‘Fetch statement from the bank’ and then click on ‘Continue’

This option is only available for the following banks -

  • Axis Bank

  • HDFC Bank

  • ICICI Bank

  • IndusInd Bank

  • Kotak Bank

Step 8: Either click on ‘Accept’ to proceed further or click on ‘Reject’

Step 9: Select your bank available from the list and then click on ‘Continue’

Step 10: Enter the mobile number registered with your bank and then click ‘Continue’

Step 11: Accept T&C by ticking on a checkbox and then click on ‘Send OTP’

Step 12: Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then click on ‘continue’

Step 13: Select bank account and then click ‘Continue’

Step 14: Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then click on ‘continue’

Step 15: Checkbox the authorization, then click on ‘Approve’

Step 16: You will now be redirected to the confirmation page, where you have to enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email id and mobile number to activate your segment.

Step 17: After clicking on ‘Continue’, your request will be submitted successfully.

Step 18: Once your request has been placed successfully, it will take about 24-72 hours for the segments to get activated. We will update you over email / SMS about the status of your request.

Note: In the following two cases, the eSign step is not needed. You just need to upload the necessary income proof and your request will be placed:

  • If you have submitted your consent to activate F&O while opening your Tiqs account.

  • If your segment activation request has been rejected previously and you wish to resubmit your request.
