Why was my Account Opening Application rejected?

The reasons for rejection of account opening application could be many. Please refer the below table respected to your reason, to understand and correct them as per solution stated:

PAN Card Related Rejection

Reason for Rejection How to solve them?
Applicant’s PAN card does not have a signature.
  1. Sign inside the Applicant Signature box of your PAN card.
  2. Self-attest the photocopy.
  3. Upload it at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .

The applicant’s photo is not clear on the PAN card.
  1. Upload an original PAN card scan copy where the photo is clear at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
The PAN card copy is not clear.
  1. Upload a self-attested PAN card photocopy at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
PAN card & Address proof does not have the same name.
  1. Upload the self-declaration letter PDF or any government ID proof or affidavit (Hindi/English) at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
PAN card & bank proof does not have the same name.
  1. Upload the self-declaration letter PDF or confirmation letter from bank PDF at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
The PAN card has a thumb impression instead of signature.
  1. Upload any self-attested government ID proof or confirmation letter from bank PDF at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .


Income Proof Related Rejection

Reason for Rejection How to solve them?
The income proof is insufficient to enable F&O.

Bank Proof Related Rejection

Reason for Rejection How to solve them?
The bank proof does not have IFSC or MICR codes.
  1. Upload a self-attested proof of bank where IFSC & MICR details are present at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
Bank proof has a password.
  1. Upload proof of bank after removing the password at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
While opening the DEMAT account submitted the current account bank details.

Address Proof Related Rejection

Reason for Rejection How to solve them?
The uploaded address proof is not self-attested, or the photocopy is not clear.

The provided current address from the KYC page does not match with the address proof submitted.
  1. Upload a self-attested proof of address which matches with the provided address at https://onboarding.tiqs.in/ .
The provided permanent address from the KYC page does not match with the address proof submitted.

Nominee Related Rejection Reasons and Solutions

Reason for Rejection How to solve them?
The applicant's relation with nominee is not provided. Click here to Raise a ticket to provide the details of relationship with the applicant.
A nominee details provided of a minor. Click here to Raise a ticket to provide the details of guardians, relationship with the minor and date of birth.
The percentage of share is not provided for multiple nominees. Click here to Raise a ticket to provide the details of percentage share for each nominee.


Signature & Photograph Related Rejection Reasons and Solutions

Uploaded signature is not clear.

Aadhaar Card Related Rejection Reason and Solution
