Can I transfer Funds directly from my UPI App?

No, you can't transfer funds directly from the UPI account. You must initiate the transfer of funds from Tiqs Web or Mobile by entering your UPI ID. You'll get a request on the appropriate UPI app (like Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.), and you'll have to go to the app to finish the request. This is explained in detail in this article.

Note:

• Transfers made to our bank accounts directly through UPI apps that don't follow the steps above won't be updated on Tiqs because we don't get the source account numbers.
• All such transfers will be reversed when a ticket is created.
