Why is my e-Mandate pending registration for more than 5 working days?

Most of the time, an e-Mandate registration is finished in 2 to 5 working days. Sometimes your bank does not confirm the registration with us, and the mandate remains in a pending condition on Console.

We are unable to offer a timeframe for successful verification because the bank must supply the confirmation. In such situations, we routinely communicate with the relevant banks through our channels.
