Adding Funds

Why am I unable to add funds to my trading account through UPI?

One of the following could cause the UPI transaction to fail when you try to add money to your trading account bellow:

  1. You tried to transfer funds to Tiqs’s ID directly from your UPI app instead of using the Add Funds option on Tiqs. See How do I add money using UPI to my trading account?
  2. The UPI ID (VPA) is linked to a bank account that is not registered with Tiqs. You can only add funds using this bank account once you register it either as your primary or secondary bank account. If you have transferred funds from an unregistered UPI ID, the transaction fails automatically and the funds will get reversed within 3 working days. If the funds are not reversed, please contact your bank for further clarification.
  3. The UPI request sent to your app was not accepted within 5 minutes.
  4. You attempted to do more than 35 UPI transactions in a day.
  5. You exhausted the daily UPI transfer limit set by your bank. UPI transfers have a limit of ₹1 – ₹2 lakh per day. Banks may have further restrictions on the amount per transaction.
  6. The UPI ID (VPA) is entered incorrectly.
